During the past 26 years, Paul Schlemmer has represented hundreds of clients who have sustained serious and often catastrophic injuries. In doing so, he has served an extremely diverse range of communities within New York City, as well as in various other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Paul is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a distinction uniquely held by only 4% of the lawyers in the United States of America. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and the American Association for Justice.
Through hard work and dedication, Mr. Schlemmer has secured numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements for his injured clients. EDUCATION
Paul N. Schlemmer graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in 1994. He received his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana, in 1997. While attending law school, Mr. Schlemmer petitioned the Indiana Supreme Court and was granted permission to take the bar exam early, and passed the bar exam prior to graduating law school. After graduating, he then took the New York and New Jersey bar exams, and has been practicing law in the New York City Metropolitan area since 1998.
