During the past 26 years, Paul Schlemmer has represented hundreds of clients who have sustained serious and often catastrophic injuries. In doing so, he has served an extremely diverse range of communities within New York City, as well as in various other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Paul is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a distinction uniquely held by only 4% of the lawyers in the United States of America. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacy, the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and the American Association for Justice.
Through hard work and dedication, Mr. Schlemmer has secured numerous million dollar and multi-million dollar jury verdicts and settlements for his injured clients. However, he is always acutely aware, that while these monetary results represent justice and vindication for the injured, they will never truly replace the physical and emotional losses that have been suffered.
Paul Schlemmer is proudly known for dedicating a substantial amount of his practice to working in affiliation with his colleagues at other New York City based law firms on behalf of their very seriously injured clients, as well as affiliating with other law firms throughout the United States.
